About You:
You understand that social media is not just about posting content, but about positioning, consistency, and audience relevance. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured plans, calendars, and guidelines. You are able to manage multiple accounts, adapt to different industries and tones of voice, and communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients. You have:
- Proven experience in social media management for B2B brands or agencies
- Solid understanding of major social platforms and their content formats
- Experience working with content calendars, guidelines, and approval processes
- Hands-on experience creating social media visuals using tools like Canva
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across different industries and brands
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance indicators
About Your Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing social media content aligned with defined strategies, ensuring consistency, relevance, and brand alignment. Your key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day social media activities for clients across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Build and maintain social media calendars based on approved strategies and content pillars
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand alignment across all posts and platforms
- Coordinate content creation with copywriters and designers
- Publish, monitor, and moderate social media content and community interactions
- Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and support reporting
- Identify content trends and platform updates relevant to B2B and tech industries
- Support campaign execution in collaboration with paid and performance teams
- Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding content planning and delivery
