Lead Generation Specialist

Candidate qualification criteria

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field of study
Excellent written and spoken English; another foreign language is a major plus
Three or more years of work experience in marketing project management or related field
Experience in b2b lead generation and/or technology marketing, sales or consulting, is a major plus!

You are immediately qualified to apply if you:

  • Utilize multiple public and private applications to research and identify sales leads
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce company’s solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Perform ongoing inputs and updates to manage lead data
  • Ensure leads are captured appropriately, correctly routed, and followed up on in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to progress leads through the Management process
  • Compile research and data on industry verticals for the identification of customer prospects
  • Enhance the systems that manage, qualify, and score prospects and collaborate with the marketing team to improve the utilization of these tools
  • Analyze potential growth opportunities for prospects
  • Work with the Marketing teams to design industry-specific outbound efforts
  • Work closely with management to further develop the lead-generation program
  • Other administration functions and analysis as required by the leadership team

If you have :

  • Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must
  • Experience working with multiple products and services
  • Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required
  • Outstanding skill in the use of Word, Excel, and various email programs

Job Description


– Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs;

– Develop, participate in planning and execute b2b lead gen campaigns, often in partnership with the project manager or marketing consultant;

– Use business lead generation tools and technologies like e-mail marketing tools, CRMs, LinkedIn etc

– Familiarise with their clients’ products/services, target audience ;

– Write clear, persuasive scripts
